Buffalo-style Empanadas

List of Ingredients
3/4 Pound Lean Ground Beef
1/3 Cup Chopped Green Onions
1/3 Cup Purchased Buffalo Wing Sauce
1 Can (16.3 Oz.) Grands Refrigerated Buttermilk
Biscuits
1 Cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 Cup Purchased Ranch Salad Dressing -- if desired
Recipe
Heat oven to 375. Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain. Add onions and buffalo wing sauce; mix well. Remove skillet from heat.
Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press or roll each to form 6 inch round. Spoon beef mixture evenly onto half of each biscuit round. Top each with 2 tablespoons cheese. Fold dough over filling; press edges to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 for 12-17 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ranch salad dressing for dipping.
