    1 lb LEAN PORK LOIN STRIPS 0.5 kg
    1/2 cup bottled Caesar-style salad dressing 125 mL
    4 pita breads 4
    * thinly sliced red onion
    * peeled, seeded, and chopped cucumber
    * bottled cucumber salad dressing

    Recipe



    Combine pork strips and Caesar dressing in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 450F (210C) for about 15 - 20 minutes until pork is lightly browned and cooked through. Cut pita breads in half crosswise. Wrap in a towel and microwave briefly to warm. To serve, place some of the pork strips in the pita. Top with sliced onion and chopped cucumber. Drizzle with cucumber dressing.


    Makes: 4 servings
