For Lamb:
3 to 8 bone racks, Frenched and cleaned
Fresh lamb rack
For Marinade:
1/2 cup olive oil
6 Tbsp. roasted garlic
2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary
1/2 cup orange juice
1 Tbsp. cracked pepper
3 tsp. kosher saltRecipe
Clean lamb, trim fat and remove chime bones. Blend all marinade items together. Coat lamb in marinade and marinate overnight. Grill on a hot grill. Finish in a 350-degree oven for approximately 10 to 12 minutes. Let lamb rest for 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
