    with Bacon and Onion Gravy Cornbread Dressing and Dressed Sweet Potato Yam Menu Game Plan
    Dressed Sweet Potato Yam

    Microwave potato for 2 minutes on High (While cooking begin Preparing chops)
    # Nutmeg or Cinnamon
    # Butter/Margarine
    # Brown Sugar

    Microwave 1 more minute

    Comparable to candied yams from soulqueen, But, Not Quite

    Country Fried Pork Chops w Bacon and Onion Gravy
    # 4 boneless pork chops (Not too thick for time goals)
    # 4 slices bacon
    # 1 medium sized sliced onion (Pre-chopped frozen are ok)

    A shaker bag
    # 1 cup of flour
    # Onion Powder
    # Garlic Powder
    # Salt and Pepper

    Add chops to bag, shake, place in fry pan

    (Potato has stopped cooking but we will start the dressing before finishing the yams)

    Cornbread Dressing
    # Cornbread mix/ 4 Soul Queen Muffins
    # 1 medium sized chopped onion
    # Cup of chopped celery
    # 1 green bell pepper
    # 1 cups chicken broth
    # 1 cup cream of "choice" soup
    # Poultry Seasoning
    # Onion Powder
    # 1 teaspoons pre-chopped garlic
    # Salt and Pepper

    Once the pan of dressing is cooking, I'll add the ingredients to the Potato, microwave 1 more minute. Bring out finished Potato and set up platter.

    Remove chops from fryer and arrange on platter.

    Arrange Dressing on platter.

    Stir in shakerbag contents with onions and bacon drippings, will brown quickly. Add the chicken broth to gravy consistency. Pour over chops and dressing.

    Serve Cranberry Sauce on the side.

    Serve up the platter.
