Cranberry Meat Loaves

List of Ingredients
# 1 lb. Ground beef
# 1 cup rice, cooked
# 1/2 cup tomato juice
# 1 egg, beaten
# 1/4 cup onion, minced
# 1 tablespoon Kitchen Bouquet
# 1/2 teaspoon salt
# 8 oz. Whole cranberry sauce (1/2 of 1 lb. can)
# 1/3 cup brown sugar
# 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Recipe
1. Combine meat with rice, juice, egg, onion, Kitchen Bouquet and salt. Mix thoroughly.
2. Shape into individual loaves; place in 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan.
3. For topping, combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice and spoon over loaves.
4. Bake in 350-degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
