    Cranberry Orange Lamb Chops

    4 lamb chops
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup fresh cranberries
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1/2 tsp orange zest
    1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    1 tbsp Grand Marnier.

    Recipe



    Combine sugar, cranberries, orange juice, orange zest, Dijon mustard, ginger, and Grand Marnier in a sauce pot over medium high heat. Bring to a slow boil until cranberries pop and the sauce thickens. Place chops in a lightly greased skillet over medium high heat. Cook on one side for 4 to 5 minutes. Flip chops and add sauce to skillet and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes. Remove chops and serve topped with sauce.
