Creamy Tex Mex Pork Chops

4 boneless pork chops - flattened
2 tsp. Tex Mex Seasoning (see recipe below)
4 TBS. butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup salsa
Lime wedgesRecipe
Season each pork chop with tex mex seasoning on both sides. Heat butter in skillet and saute chops for about 2-3 minutes each side. Remove and cover with aluminum foil. Add cream and salsa to skillet and simmer for 2 minutes. Spoon sauce over chops and squeeze lime over each one.
Tex Mex Seasoning
1 TBS cayenne pepper
2 TBS dried oregano
2 TBS ground cumin
1 TBS ground coriander
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. sea salt
Mix all together. Keep in airtight container.
