    ...with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    1½ lbs. cube steak, cut into strips
    Coating---
    2 c. flour
    1 T. season salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 T. garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    Egg Bath---
    2 eggs
    ½ c. evaporated milk
    Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce---
    1 c. Dijon mustard
    ½ c. honey
    ½ tsp. dillweed

    Recipe



    Dip steak into flour, then egg bath, flour again. Fry in oil until brown. Mix Dipping Sauce ingredients together. Serve Steak Fingers with sauce on the side.

    Serves 4.
