List of Ingredients
16 baby back pork ribs
For the marinade:
100ml tomato ketchup
100ml brown sauce
juice of 1 lime
dash of Tabasco sauce
5 tbsp cola
good dash of Worcestershire sauce
shake of celery salt
Recipe
Place all of the marinade ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix together thoroughly. Place the pork ribs in a shallow dish and pour over the marinade, turning to coat. Leave in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.
Preheat the oven to 200°C/gas 6. Transfer the ribs to an ovenproof dish, spoon over the marinade and bake in the centre of the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, turning once, until a deep reddish brown. Serve.
