Ham Nuggets In Raisin Sauce

1/3 c. raisins
2 c. water
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash of salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 c. chunky nuggets baked ham (3/4 lb.)
2 2/3 c. (one 6 oz. pkg.) wide noodles, cooked
Recipe
Cook raisins in water for 5 mins. Combine brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, ginger & vinegar, add to water & raisins & cook until slightly thickened. Add ham, heat thoroughly. Put drained hot noodles in heated shallow baking dish or deep platter, pour ham & sauce over center.
