    List of Ingredients




    8 oz Filet Mignon, cut into chunks
    8 oz Sea Scallops
    2 cups Broccoli Flowerets
    Brown Garlic Sauce (mix and shake well with the following):
    3/4 cup chicken broth
    1 1/2 tbps oyster sauce
    1 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
    1 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
    3/4 tbsp sugar
    1/2 tbsp salt
    1/2 tbsp white pepper
    Separate/prepare aside:
    1 tbsp cornstarch mix with 1/4 cup water
    2 tbsp white cooking wine
    1/2 tsp fresh minced ginger
    1/2 tsp fresh garlic
    1/4 cup scallion diced (white part)
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1/4 cup soy bean oil
    1/2 egg white

    Recipe



    Mix and shake well 3/4 cup of chicken broth, oyster sauce, light and dark soy sauce, sugar, salt, white pepper, white cooking wine.
    Mix 1 1/2 tbsp of cornstarch and 1/4 cup of water, set aside (stir again right before use)
    Cut Filet Mignon into one inch chunks
    Marinate sea scallops with 1/2 and egg white, salt, white pepper, 1/4 tsp cornstarch. Mix well until scallops are coated with egg white mixture
    Cooking procedure
    Par noil broccoli in hot boiling water for 5 minutes until el dente, run through cold water, strain and set aside
    Heat wok until hot. In high heat, put 3 tbsp of soy bean oil around wok until the whole wok is coated with oil saute filet chunks until 80% done. Dish up, set aside
    Add 3 tbsp of soy bean oil to wok, saute scallops until 80% done
    Add 2 tbsp of soy bean oil to wok. Add minced ginger, garlic and scallions. Add broccoli, filet and scallops. Pu in cooking wine, mix and stir vigorously. Add mixed sauce (from preparation1), stir fry for 6-8 minutes. Add cornstarch water mixture, sautee until sauce is thickened. Add sesame oil. Serve.
