5 pita bread rounds
1 medium green pepper, sliced
1 medium red pepper, sliced
1 medium yellow pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1 cup Creole sauceRecipe
Grill brats according to package directions; keep warm. In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil; add peppers and onions and sauté until tender crisp. Add Cajun seasoning to pepper/onion mixture. Place one bratwurst on one pita bread round. Cover with pepper/onion mixture. Top with 2 Tbsp. Creole sauce. Fold in half and serve. Yield: 5 servings.
