Kalbi Beef Ribs

List of Ingredients
2 lbs. crosscut short ribs
3 Tbl. black bean sauce
2 Tbl. garlic chili paste
5 Tbl. garlic
5 Tbl. ginger
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 1/2 Tbl. black pepper
1 1/4 cups soy sauce
1/2 cup dry sherry
1 bunch green onions
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup sesame oil
Recipe
To make the marinade, mix all the above ingredients. Whisk them together until the brown sugar dissolves, then pour over the ribs. Crosscut ribs are thinner than your usual beef ribs and are available in most grocery stores. Marinate the ribs in the refrigerator at least 24 hours. Cook the ribs in a non-stick pan over high heat 3-4 minutes per side. Serves 4.
