Meatloaf:
* 3/4 c. canned milk
* 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
* 2 lbs. ground beef 80% lean
* 2 tsp. salt
* 2 tsp. salt
* 1/2 tsp. pepper
* 1 medium carrot, grated
* 1 small onion, chopped
* 2 eggs, beaten
Topping:
* 1/4 c. catsup
* 3 T. sugar
* 2 T. prepared mustardRecipe
Pour milk over bread crumbs. Add beef, salt, pepper, carrots, onion and eggs. Mix thoroughly. Pack into a 10 x 10 inch baking dish. For the topping mix catsup, mustard and brown sugar. Score the top of meatloaf from corner to corner to form a diamond design. Spread topping over top. Bake in 300� oven 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
