4 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
4 pounds frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 large onion, minced
1 head of garlic, peeled and minced
8 packages thin flour wrappers
Vegetable oilRecipe
Combine ground beef, vegetables, onion and garlic. Unfold wrappers and place several tablespoons of mixture in center. Wrap like a burrito or eggroll. Heat vegetable oil to 400 degrees F. Place lumpia in oil and cook until light brown. Turn frequently to ensure even browning.
