List of Ingredients
1 TBSP Garlic puree
1 ¾ cups Seasoned breadcrumbs
¾ cup house cheese
Salt/pepper mix to taste
2 ½ pounds ground beef
¼ cup chopped parsley
5 ½ ounces pasteurized whole eggs
½ stick butter
Recipe
Combine garlic, breadcrumbs, cheese, pepper and salt together.
Melt the butter. Cool.
Mix beef, parsley, eggs and butter together with breadcrumb mixture. Mix well by hand until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Form 6-ounce balls by weight. Bake in 375-degree oven approximately 20 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees.
