5 lb pork loin
2 ts garlic salt
1 cn crushed pineapple; (20
-ounce)
1/2 c brown sugar; packed
1 ts orange peel; grated
1/4 ts rum extractRecipe
Place pork in roasting pan; sprinkle with garlic salt. Roast at 325øF for
2 1/2 hours. Drain pineapple. Combine with brown sugar, orange peel, and
rum extract. Spoon over pork and bake for 1/2 hour more, basting often.
