    Dough:
    1 1/2 cup sifter flour
    1/2 cup water

    Filling:
    1 cup ground pork or beef
    2 leaves cabbage
    1 medium onion
    1 scallion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 cake tofu
    1 TBSP sesame oil
    1 tsp sesame seeds
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 egg
    black pepper to taste

    Make a well in the center of the flour.. on a flat surface. Slowly add the 1/2 cup of water to the flour mixing by hand.. Continue kneading the flour until it makes a dough. Cut the dough in half and roll out as thin as you can. Cut into circles using a water glass.

    Mince onion, cabbage, scallion and garlic. Combine with the tofu and drain off as much water as possible. Add the remaining ingredients except for egg.

    Beat egg. Using your fingertips moisten 1/2 circumference of the dough with the beaten egg. Place a spoonfull of the mixture on the center of the dough. Fold over and pinch tight. This can either be steamed or stir fryed in sesame oil.
