    20 pounds of ground Montana beef, or ground elk, venison or moose meat (whatever you have available)
    1 gallon catsup
    1 cup lemon juice
    1 cup vinegar
    1 cup brown sugar
    3 tablespoons prepared mustard
    1 gallon cutup celery
    1cup chopped onions (or onion salt to taste)
    salt and pepper to taste

    The Secret of this being well flavored is to place the meat in a flat pan and brown it well in the oven. Keep it in fine pieces by stirring and mashing it well with a potato masher. When meat is brown - mix all ingredients together and cook until well done.

    Spoon over buns. This will make generous helpings for about 50 buns.
