Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs

List of Ingredients
1 pound extra lean Ground Beef
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 cup prepared "Italian" Bread Crumbs
2 tablespoons chopped Parsley
1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
18 2 oz. Fresh Mozzarella balls
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 pounds Spaghetti
28 oz. prepared Tomato Sauce
Recipe
In a large bowl, combine meat, egg, breadcrumbs and seasonings and mix thoroughly. Shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs and stuff the mozzarella into each one, making sure the mozzarella is completely submerged in the meat mixture. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Cook spaghetti. Heat tomato sauce and add meatballs. Heat all for a few minutes and serve over spaghetti.
Serves 6.
