New York strip steak with whiskey-mushro

List of Ingredients
6 ounce NY strip steak
2 ounces sliced shitake mushrooms
2 ounces button mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
3 chopped garlic cloves
1 teaspoon margarine
2 ounces whiskey
Recipe
Grill steak to desired doneness. In the meantime, in a saute pan, heat the margarine and add the garlic. Then add the mushrooms and herbs. Saute lightly over medium high heat for about 1 to 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and carefully add the whiskey. (Be careful not to flame.) Cook for another minute and top steak with sauce.
Note: Major calorie, fat and cholesterol savings come from a smaller meat portion. Cooking the whiskey reduces the alcohol content.
