Nino's Meatballs

List of Ingredients
1/2 lb. Ground beef
1/2 lb. Ground veal
1/4 lb. of breadcrumbs
2 Whole eggs
1/2 c. Mix of portabella and shitake mushrooms
4 Sundried tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp. Truffle cream
1/4 lb. Parmesan cheese
6 Fresh basil leaves
1 tbsp. Chopped parsley
1 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper to tasteRecipe
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and continue to make round balls, place them in a cooking sheet and into the oven at 350° F.
Cook them for 10-15 minutes until brown.
To serve, add marinara sauce, garlic and extra virgin olive oil and sauté them in a pan for 5 minutes.
Add cooked pasta to mix and serve.
