    2 racks Pork ribs
    1/4 cup Chicken stock
    2 tblspn Liquid smoke

    2 racks Pork ribs
    1/4 cup Chicken stock
    2 tblspn Liquid smoke
    Place ribs in roasting pan on top of a wire rack or false bottom. Place chicken stock and liquid smoke in pan and cover with plastic wrap and tin foil. Cook at 325 degrees for 2 hours, cool to room temperature and cover with BBQ sauce. For service, reheat on a grill for 15 minutes.

    Backyard BBQ Sauce

    ¼ cup Bacon Dippings
    1 each Red Onion diced
    1 cup Ketchup
    2 tblspn Worcestershire
    ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
    12 oz Beer, dark, or light
    2 tblspn Chili Powder
    ¼ cup Spicy Mustard
    ¼ cup Chopped Garlic
    2 tblspn Black Pepper
    ¼ cup Chopped Jalapeno
    Mix all ingredients together in a stock pot.

    Slow simmer for 45 minutes to an hour until sauce reduces to desired thickness.

    Baste your favorite ribs with BBQ sauce.
