List of Ingredients
Any left over vegetables mix and match
your favorite hot spices on the table.
1/2 yellow onion sliced, per.
Ground Beef 1/2 lb per.
1/4 cup olive oil
Rice 3/4 cup per person.
3 cloves of garlic minced
Recipe
Prepare rice per package directions. In a large skillet saute vegetables with garlic until onions are clear, add ground beef. When beef is brown mix with finished rice add cheese to taste, (we like a lot). Continue to heat until cheese is melted and well incorperated. Let the gang season to taste on their plate. I recommend ground habanaro pepper or your favorite hot sauce. This meal takes re-heating well either on the stovetop or in the microwave.
