List of Ingredients
Mix together in order given:
2 lbs hamburger
1 1/2 cups diced Swiss cheese
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp paprika
2 1/2 cups milk (amount is correct as appears in cookbook)
1 cup dry bread crumbs
Recipe
Press into greased loaf pan.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees about 1 1/2 hours.
