1 pouch Schwan's™ Diced Beef Tips and Gravy (#412), thawed
12 Schwan's™ Pierogies (#778)
1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
2/3 cup sour cream
Recipe
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat; sauté mushrooms until tender, about 3 minutes.
Add beef tips to skillet; cook 13 to 15 minutes, stir occasionally.
Meanwhile, place pierogies in boiling water and cook for 6 to 7 minutes; drain.
Remove beef tips from heat; stir in sour cream.
Serve over cooked pierogies.
Serves 4.
