    Polo Club's Cow Boy Steaks

    2 14 oz. ribeye steaks
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. kosher salt
    1 tsp. granulated garlic
    2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
    1 cup red, yellow, green peppers, diced
    1 cup onions, diced
    2 medium sized potatoes, boiled and diced

    Recipe



    1. Preheat cast iron skillet on high heat for 5-7 minutes. Brush butter on steaks, season with salt, pepper and garlic on one side only.

    2. Sear on seasoned side first for approximately 2-3 minutes. Flip and sear for approximately 2-3 minutes for rare to medium rare steaks.

    3. Accompany with saut�ed peppers and onions seasoned to your taste. Garnish with cowboy potatoes.

    4. Simply boil potatoes, slice and saut� with butter, season to taste and serve with onions and peppers.
