3 lb. boneless farmer pork ribs
2/3 cup Golden Whisk-Expressly Oriental
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 chopped shallots
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Recipe
Parboil the pork ribs for 15 minutes and drain. Combine the Golden Whisk-Expressly Oriental sauce with the vinegar, shallots and, cilantro and blend together. Place the ribs in a roasting pan and drizzle with the sauce mixture. Cover the roasting pan with foil and bake in a preheated 400° oven for 1/2 hour. Remove the foil and spoon the pan sauce over the ribs and return to the oven uncovered. Allow the ribs to glaze (being sure not to let them burn). Once they appear glazed remove them from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes then serve.
Try this sauce on a regular rack of baby back ribs on the grill. Parboil the ribs as above, drain and place on a hot grill. Baste the ribs with the Golden Whisk-Expressly Oriental sauce for 10 minutes on the meaty side creating a glaze. Just before removing the ribs from the grill sprinkle with sesame seeds.
