Romeo Pork Chops

4 Pork chops
2 Fresh Rosemary leaves punch
½ cup of Italian Olive oil
2 Garlic teeth crushed
1 small spoon of Salt
A bit Pepper
2 cups of Red Wine (Concha & Toro or other Spanish strong wine)
Potatoes
4 big Potatoes
2 Garlic teeth crushed
1 big Onion
1 spoon of salt Salt
1 cup of olive oil
Recipe
Hot oil, put the garlic and the pork chops on it, add rosemary, cook 5 minutes low heat moving one side to another, add, salt and pepper, cook two more minutes, add wine and cover it for 5 minutes more at low heat, let rosemary smell, then step aside the chops in a plate, and add another cup of wine to the mixture, smash this and cover it cooking low heat for two minutes.
To cook potatoes, peel them, cut it in little pieces, put in a plastic cover bowl, add chopped onions, the garlic crushed, salt and olive oil . cover it and microwave it for about 10 minutes.
To serve put two pork chops with the half of the potatoes, in a white plate, and add on it the “salsa” of the rosemary mixture.
