SO GOOD CHILI RANCH RIBS

3-4 lb. beef ribs
2 sm. onions, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 c. water
1 c. catsupRecipe
In a large baking dish add all above. Bake covered for 2 hours at 350 degrees. (Or in a slow cooker on high for 3 1/2 hours.) We like to skim the fat from the sauce and use the sauce over rice. Serve 3-4.
