List of Ingredients
Alexander Sauce
4 Cups milk
1 Cup White Sauce Mix
1 TBS. Red Bean's Cajun Seasoning
1 Tea. Old Bay Seasoning
1 Tea. Garlic Tabasco
1 TBS. Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup White Wine (reduced)
1/4 Cup Diced Green Onions
2 Cups Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup Blue Crab Meat
1 Cup Cooked Shrimp Recipe
Place milk in pan.
Whip in white sauce powder while still cold.
Add everything but wine and Parmesan Cheese.
Bring slowly on a simmer on low for 5 minutes.
Pull off burner and add reduced wine and Parmesan Cheese, use wire whip to blend until creamy.
Add Blue Crab and Shrimp.
Place back on low just to heat seafood.
This can be poured over grilled steak, fish, or chicken.
