    Spring Lamb With Harveys Sussex Stout

    8-12 Lamb Cutlets
    1 Onion, Diced
    1-2 Cloves Garlic Crushed
    1/4 Pint Meat Stock
    1/4 Pint Harveys Sweet Sussex Stout
    1/4 Pint Red Wine
    1 tsp Mint
    1 tbsp Oil

    Recipe



    1. Fry Lamb, Garlic and onion in oil until meat is sealed.
    2. Place all ingredients in a casserole dish and cook in the oven on a low heat (160/Gas 4) for 2 hours.
    3. Before serving, pour stock into a saucepan and reduce to make a rich thick gravy.

    Wonderful served with buttery mashed potatoes, seasonal vegatables and a glass of Harveys Sweet Sussex Stout.
