1-Tender choice sirloin steak grilled to perfection
3-Large white shrimp
1oz Julienne roasted red peppers
1-Shot of dark rum
3oz of butter
1oz of Brown Sugar
4oz of Sour Cream
2oz of Half & Half
Pinch of Flour
Salt and Pepper
Lemon WedgeRecipe
Saute shrimp julienne roasted red peppers rum, sugar and butter. Cook off rum, fold in sour cream reduce until sauce is smooth. Dust with flour and half & half to achieve proper sauce consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
Place shrimp on top of your steak, gently pour your sauce across shrimp and serve with a lemon wedge.
