Sweet and Sour Stuffed Peppers

1 lb. ground beef
1 garlic clove, minced
4 small green peppers, halved lengthwise, seeded
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, save juice
2 cups bread cubes
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 cup water
Recipe
Brown meat in 12 inch skillet with garlic. Stir. Spoon off fat. Add pineapple and juice, bread cubes, ketchup, vinegar, and soy sauce.
Add about 1/2 cup mixture into each pepper half. Put peppers into the skillet. Add water. Over medium heat, heat until water to boils. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
