    Veal Caribbean With Asian Twist

    16 oz veal chop
    1 pinch Caribbean Seasoning
    1 tbsp Canola Oil

    Place chop in pan on medium high heat. Saute for 5 minutes on each side. Place in a 365 oven for 8 minutes. Remove and let rest for 2 minutes.

    Saute 4-5 oz of California Napa Cabbage and ¼ Julienne Onion. Now add ½ stick of mild Chorizo sausage and chicken stock to steam in flavor. If you have rice, that’s fine.

    Hoisin Drizzle

    1 Tsp of Asian Hoisin paste
    ½ cup of OJ
    1 Tsp of brown sugar

    Simmer on low heat until a syrup forms. Don’t forget to stir.
