2 Veal cutlets
Splash Olive Oil for frying
1 half cup flour for breading
1 half cup Fontina Cheese
1 pinch chopped, fresh Basil
1 Roma Tomato diced
1 Leek,diced
1 can Artichoke hearts, diced
1 half cup Mozzarella Cheese
Recipe
Flour and sautee cutlets in olive oil for 0ne minute each side.
Top each with mixture of:
Fontina cheese,
fresh basil,
roma tomato,
diced leek,
chopped canned artichoke hearts
fresh mozzarella.
Bake at 375 for twenty minutes, Or broil for five minutes, one shelf down from element.
