2 3 ounce center cut veal leg slices
green pepper slices
sliced onions
mushrooms
Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
mozzarella cheese slices
seasoned tomato sauce (or your own spaghetti sauce)
egg wash ( 1 cup milk with 1 beaten egg)
olive oil
oregano
basil
garlic powder
Recipe
Dip veal slices in egg wash, then bread crumbs, press down to coat veal on both sides. Saut� mushrooms, onions, and green peppers al dente in a little olive oil. Season with oregano, basil, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper. Bake breaded veal slices in oven with a little olive oil at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Put saut�ed vegetables over veal slices, top with mozzarella cheese. Place under broiler to melt cheese and top with tomato sauce. Served with a side of mostaccioli. crushed red pepper
