Wok-and-Roll Beef Stir-fry

1 bottle Renée's Gourmet Sizzlin' Sauce Mandarin Ginger
1 lb. Beef sirloin stir-fry strips
1/2 tbs. Canola oil
2 cups Red onion, sliced into strips
1 cup Carrot, peeled and sliced into discs
2 cups Red and green bell peppers, sliced into strips
1/4 cup Water chestnuts, cut into quarter-shaped discs (optional)
1/4 cup Green onion, finely choppedRecipe
* Pre-heat wok to high and add oil. Add beef to wok and cook until browned (approx. 1 min).
* Add onions, carrots and water chestnuts and stir until onions start to become translucent (approx. 3 min). Add bell peppers. Continue to stir (2 min).
* Add Renee’s Gourmet Sizzlin' Sauces Mandarin Ginger and coat beef and vegetables.
* Garnish with green onions and serve with steamed rice or noodles.
Quick Tip: Chicken, pork or tofu can be substituted for the beef.
