    Slug's Prime Rib

    Slug's of Charlotte, NC.

    List of Ingredients

    4 pounds prime rib, 3 rib size
    Worcestershire sauce
    Kosher salt
    1 package Knorr's au jus mix
    fresh shredded horseradish or
    horseradish sauce


    Recipe

    Take prime rib out of refrigerator for 2 hr, prior to cooking...let come to room temperature. Coat the outside of the meat with Worcestershire sauce and then with Kosher salt.

    Place in a preheated 325 degree oven...until desired doneness...remember, you can always cook it some more if it's too rare; I usually cook a 3 rib for 1 hr. and 30 min. Take it out of the oven and let it rest for 1 hour...then slice and serve with au jus (I always use Knorr au jus...and i also serve a horseradish sauce. Makes 6 servings.
