    List of Ingredients




    1 lb ground beef, crumbled
    1 c bread crumbs; soft,
    preferable
    1/2 c Thousand Island dressing
    1 egg
    1/2 ts caraway seed (optional)
    Pepper
    FILLING:
    1 cn sauerkraut; 8 ounce
    1 oz corned beef (from can),
    chopped
    1/2 c cheese; Swiss, shredded

    Recipe



    Combine all meat mixture ingredients in medium bowl.

    Press 1/2 of mixture in bottom of loaf pan. Make slight
    indentation, lengthwise down center of meat loaf. Combine all
    filling mixture and put in indentation. Top with remaining meat
    mixture, pressing to enclose filling and sealing edges.

    Cook at HIGH (100%) 13-18 minutes or till firm and temperature is
    145°F.

    Let stand covered for 5 minutes.
