    # 2 tablespoons [30 mL] parsley
    # 2 tablespoons [30 mL] chives
    # 1/2 cup [125 mL] capers
    # 2 tablespoons [30 mL] olive oil
    # 2 tablespoons [30 mL] broth
    # 1/2 cup [125 mL] bread crumbs
    # 1 tablespoon [15 mL] oregano
    # 1 cup [250 mL] Pecorino or Romano cheese, shredded
    # Salt and pepper to taste
    # Spaghetti

    # Finely chop parsley, chives and capers together.
    # Macerate mixture in oil and broth.
    # While pasta is cooking, grill bread crumbs mixed with oregano in an anti-adhesive frying pan, without using any grease.
    # Stir constantly.
    # When spaghetti is 'al dente', drain and mix with caper and fine herbs.
    # Season with salt and pepper.
    # Add grilled bread crumbs and shredded cheese.
    # Serve immediately.
