    List of Ingredients




    Primavera Vegetable Portion (see recipe attached) 6 ea. (1.5 lbs.)
    Angel Hair Pasta 24 oz. wt. (cooked wt. or 1.5 lbs raw)
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil 8 ox. vol. (1 cup)
    Fresh Chopped Garlic 2 tbsp
    Chicken stock 4 oz. (½ cup)
    Fresh basil julienne 4 tbsp
    Lemon zest 2 tsp
    Grated Parmesan 2.5 oz. vol.
    Sun-dried Tomatoes,(Chopped fine) 3 tbsp
    Fresh Chopped Parsley 2 tbsp
    Parsley, fresh, washed(garnish) 1 sprig

    Recipe



    1. Heat a large pot of water over a medium heat until water boils. Place vegetables in steamer and steam until cooked al dente. While vegetables are steaming, cook pasta as per instructions from manufacturer.

    2. Place a large sauté pan over a medium heat. Once pan is hot add olive oil and garlic. Gently sauté garlic. Add a good quality chicken stock to the pan and bring to the boil.

    3. Strain pasta and vegetables and add to sauté pan. Add fresh basil, lemon zest, parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and parsley. Toss pasta thoroughly.

    4. Garnish with a sprig of parsley.
