Angel Hair Pasta Marinara with Zucchini

List of Ingredients
1 lb. angel hair pasta
3 lbs. small zucchini
1 small onion
Olive oil
1 ½ cups New York Spaghetti House Marinara Sauce
Recipe
Cook pasta as directed
Slice the onion and zucchini thinly. Do not remove the skin from the zucchini.
Fry in hot olive oil until deep brown but firm.
Lower the heat and add the Marinara Sauce
Simmer a few minutes longer until the sauce is thoroughly heated.
Add small amount butter to cooked and drained angel hair pasta then toss with the zucchini mixture. (Serves 4)
