2 tablespoons margarine
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups tomato juice
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup beef stock
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 cups uncooked spiral pasta
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon sherry
3/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Recipe
1 Melt margarine in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat, and stir in the ground beef and onion. Cook until onion is tender and beef is evenly browned. Reduce heat to low.
2 In a medium bowl, mix tomato juice, water, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, and pepper. Pour into the beef mixture.
3 Stir pasta into the skillet. Cover, and simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4 Remove the mixture from heat, and stir in sour cream and sherry. Sprinkle with parsley to serve.
Serves 6.
