2 lbs. lean ground beef
¼ cup butter
1 medium onion chopped
2 medium green peppers diced
1 medium red pepper diced
32 oz. (2 cans) stewed tomatoes
4 oz. Mushroom pieces
1 lb. (16 oz) Ronzoni spaghetti
1 tbs. dry mustard
3 tbs. Parmesan cheeseRecipe
Pre-heat oven to 350°f. In a large skillet, over medium heat, brown ground beef until no longer pink. Add onions, green peppers, red peppers and stewed tomatoes to ground beef; let simmer for 20 minutes. Add mushroom pieces to the vegetables and ground beef and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions, drain. Combine cooked pasta, vegetables, ground beef, dry mustard and parmesan cheese in large casserole dish. Bake, covered 35 minutes. Bake additional 10 minutes uncovered.
