    2 teaspoon olive oil
    3 cloves minced garlic
    1 sliced onion
    2 tablespoon minced parsley
    1 can (15-oz) tomato sauce
    1 can (7-oz) tuna in oil or water
    1 teaspoon basil
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1 teaspoon marjoram
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Pinch of nutmeg
    Pinch of cinnamon

    In medium non-reactive sauce pan, cook the onion and garlic in oil until soft, but not brown. Add the parsley, tomato sauce, marjoram, basil, oregano, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Simmmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tuna and oil if desired and heat through. Serve over hot, drained al dente pasta and garnish with pine nuts
