    List of Ingredients




    Boneless Chicken Breasts 1/2 lbs
    Cooking oil 1/2 cup
    Oregano 1 tbsp
    Basil 1 tbsp
    Garlic 1/2 tbsp
    Salt and Pepper 1 tsp

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl, add the chicken and let marinate in the refrigerator for an hour. Then grill until cooked through. Slice on an angle.

    Alfredo Sauce:
    Cream 2 cups
    Butter 1/8 cup
    Parmesan Cheese 1/2 cup (grated)

    Chopped Garlic 1/2 tsp
    Salt and Pepper 1/2 tsp
    Cajun Seasoning 1/2 cup
    Chili Sauce (siracha) 2 tbsp
    Red Bell Pepper 1/2 (julienned)
    Vidalia Onion 1/2 (julienned)
    Shitake Mushrooms 3 (julienned)
    White Wine 1/2 cup
    Linguini (10) 1/2 lbs cooked al dente

    Sautee garlic, pepper, onion and mushrooms until tender. Deglaze with white wine. Add cream, butter, chili sauce and Cajun seasoning. Bring to a simmer and reduce. Thicken with Parmesan cheese, toss with linguini. Add Chicken.
