4 - chicken breast halves
1 cup - flour
1/2 tsp each - salt, pepper, parsley, paprika, garlic
powder
2 tbs each - olive oil & butter
1 cup - Chapsmacker pepper juice
Recipe
Marinate chicken in pepper juice 2 hours a side. Drain juice from chicken, season and lightly flour. Pour oil and butter in skillet, turn heat to medium high, once oil just starts to smoke, lay meat in. Cook just long enough to brown each side well, then place on pasta.
To prepare pasta place in boiling water with 1/2 cup of pepper juice,1 tbs. olive oil and 1 tbs. butter.
As a Veggie sidedish, chop
1 small yellow squash, zucchini, broccoli crown, sweet onion and red bell pepper to bite size and marinate in olive oil, butter, salt & pepper, garlic and tbs of pepper juice for about 5 minutes. Then place in hot skillet and scorch to your desired doneness.
