    List of Ingredients




    2 cups Al Dente Cooked Elbow Macaroni
    4 Oz. Goat Cheese
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
    3 Egg Yolks
    Salt and Pepper (to taste)
    2 Qts. Milk
    11/2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 Pinch Nutmeg

    Recipe



    Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees and spray pan with nonstick cooking spray. To make sauce, bring milk to a boil then remove from heat and add shredded cheddar cheese and a pinch of nutmeg together. In a large bowl, beat egg yolks then add goat cheese, parmesan cheese and macaroni. Combine with cheese sauce. Place in a pan, topped with parmesan cheese and any remaining cheese sauce, to brown. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
