    1/2 cup of creme fraiche
    Pinch of nutmeg
    1/2 cup of grated cheese of choice
    4 slices of precooked, chopped ham
    1 box of precooked penne pasta
    1/2 cup of precooked, diced onion
    1/2 cup of Rojo Campo Viejo
    Dash of Herbs of Provence

    Recipe



    In a medium pan, bring the wine to boiling over medium heat. Add the ham and the onion. Stir well. Add the creme and nutmeg. Reduce by 1/3 over high heat, stirring a few times. Mix in the pasta. Toss thoroughly, then add the cheese. Mix well and top with the herbs before serving.
